Job Summary
Lead Food Services Team Member oversees restaurant activities during non-peak hours, ensuring Brand and PTC standards, executing shift plans, supervising and directing team members, monitoring food preparation and cash handling procedures, and maintaining hospitality and SOS goals. Responsibilities include training and cross-training teammates, enforcing dress code and safety policies, monitoring labor usage and break policy, ensuring products are available and fresh, and communicating performance/discipline observations to the Restaurant General Manager. Must have experience with restaurant operations, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
