Job Summary
Partner with third-party facilities, HR, Procurement, and business leaders to deliver onsite food services, cafe operations, and catering across Americas East. Champion the regional food program by managing annual operating budgets, forecasting, and financial variances while overseeing procurement processes including RFPs and supplier selection. Create efficient procedures for program activation, ensure vendor compliance with contracts, and utilize satisfaction surveys to optimize the employee experience. Manage complex projects to enhance food delivery, Micro Kitchens, and service delivery, coordinating closely with regional operations managers and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of relevant program management experience with an emphasis on financial stewardship, cafe operations and/or new food/cafe start-up requirements
- The role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location
- Expect our team members to work in an office 4+ days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing regional food operations and utilizing workplace, facilities, and space management systems is preferred
- Should have a passion for Snapchat
