Job Summary
Oversee daily grill production and ensure high-quality food preparation while maintaining safety, efficiency, and company standards in a high-volume kitchen. Manage hot and cold food production from scratch, support kitchen operations, and quickly problem-solve within a fast-paced team environment. Work Monday through Friday on morning shifts at the University Hospital, with potential weekend, holiday, and closing shifts through 4:30 pm. A high school diploma is required, with three years of food service experience and a SERV Safe certification needed within three months. Evening or night shift differentials may apply.
