Job Summary
Manage front-of-house operations and bakery performance by collaborating with store leads, mentoring employees, and optimizing inventory, pricing, and labor scheduling. Oversee catering, online, and third-party orders while evaluating storefront conditions to drive operational improvements. Greet guests, process orders, and serve beverages with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Balance cash registers, handle deposits, and maintain strict adherence to opening and closing checklists. Requires 2+ years of hospitality experience, 1+ year in management, ServSafe certification, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Competitive hourly pay from $17-$21 plus tips, health benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Excellent management skills, professionalism, and high energy
- Ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite and POS platform
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (8+ hours a day)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (according to customer demand)
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification holder/obtain certification within 30 days of employment
