Job Summary
Lead - FMSS oversees and manages a team of facility management professionals, including technicians, custodial staff, and support personnel, to maintain and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of facilities. Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and building structures; coordinate and oversee repairs and projects; manage external vendors and contracts; monitor budgets and expenses; ensure compliance with safety regulations; implement sustainability initiatives and pursue green certifications; maintain records and prepare management reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years in a supervisory facilities role, and strong knowledge of building systems; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint/Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
