Job Summary
Lead Floral Designer responsible for overseeing daily floral production, supervising designers, ensuring designs meet company standards for quality and style, managing inventory, coordinating with dispatch and CSR for client orders, training new designers, and providing creative leadership to foster a collaborative, productive, and creative design team. Requires leadership experience, advanced floral design skills, strong communication and customer service, weekend availability, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs in a cooler environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in floral design with a strong understanding of styles, mechanics, and trends
- Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
