Lead Floor Technician

Coordinate daily facility operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance while supervising at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. Demonstrate established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. Operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support floor technician duties as needed. This role is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience.
