Job Summary
The Lead Flight Test Engineer at Boeing will coordinate flight test mission requirements, develop and publish flight test plans, conduct ground and flight tests, and lead the test team while ensuring compliance with established procedures and preparing documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in flight test program
- 7+ years of experience with principles of flight test
- Experience supporting a military flight test program
Desired Qualifications
- An active U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience leading flight test execution as test conductor/test director
- Experience authoring test plans and test cards
- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)
Additional Requirements
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship for compliance with export control laws
