Job Summary
Seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic for C.R. England, responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various vehicle components. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- 5+ years prior work experience as a Tractor Technician, Lead Technician or similar job function
- Skill with Windows based computer systems
- Technical reading aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication, and team-building skills
- Basic welding skills
- Ability to provide own basic hand tools
- Must become a certified Brake Inspector and Annual Vehicle Inspector within 6 months of hiring
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written
