Job Summary
Lead Saturday practical workshops for the Certified Coach Program, delivering hands-on instruction in technique, cueing, and client interaction within real gym floor scenarios. Assess students against Certificate III and IV practical requirements using observation checklists and provide constructive feedback to build industry readiness. Oversee campus safety, equipment setup, and mentor support while maintaining consistent delivery standards across the Western Sydney location.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or a higher relevant qualification)
- current First Aid and CPR
- Strong practical coaching experience across the fitness industry
- A track record of teaching, facilitating, mentoring or developing others
- Confidence delivering practical education to groups
- availability to work Saturdays (8:30am–5:00pm) across scheduled intake dates
- A willingness to learn and apply OneCoach Academy and RTO requirements, including assessment processes and practical observation standards
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 (or willingness to obtain one)
Desired Qualifications
- Current experience working as a Personal Trainer, Coach or fitness professional with active clients
- Previous experience delivering Certificate III and IV in Fitness content
- Previous experience in an RTO, vocational education or fitness education environment
- Experience leading, mentoring or supporting other Coaches, Trainers or Educators
