Lead Finish Carpenter - Commercial Millwork/Cabinets/Trim - Traveling Position

Lead Finish Carpenter overseeing installation of cabinets, millwork, wall panels, column wraps, and standing and running trim in commercial and retail environments. Supervises crews of 3-8, interprets architectural drawings and shop drawings, manages inventory of millwork and fixtures, and ensures timely completion with safety compliance. Requires five years of installation experience with commercial/retail finish carpentry, at least one year of supervisory experience, OSHA 10 or 30, forklift and aerial lift certifications, ability to travel 2-8 weeks, and willingness to work overtime. Responsibilities include coordinating with project management, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and performing cabinet and trim installation including scribing and coping, plus documenting time sheets and progress photos.
