Job Summary
Lead Finish Carpenter leading and supervising crews (3-8 people) in commercial/retail environments, overseeing installation of cabinets, casework, wall panels, trim, and millwork; interpreting layouts, shop drawings, and floorplans; coordinating with project management, clients, general contractors, and sub-contractors; managing inventory and generating added-work changes; travel 2-8 weeks, 40-60 hour weeks, and adherence to safety protocols; must have high school or trade-school education, five years finish carpentry experience, one year supervisory experience, OSHA 10/30, forklift and aerial lift certifications, and possess basic hand tools.
Required Qualifications
- Five years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience
- One year minimum supervisory experience
- Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift
- Ability to travel from home for durations of 2-8 weeks
- Available to work overtime 40-60 hours/week
- CPR/First Aid Training
- Pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR screening
- Provide basic hand tools and cordless drill
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
