Job Summary
Lead Finish Carpenter leading and supervising crews to install cabinets, casework, wall panels and trim in commercial/retail environments; responsible for interpreting layouts, coordinating with project management, ensuring safety, managing 3-8 person crews, and performing working carpenter tasks including installation of cabinets, countertops and millwork; requires travel (2-8 weeks), overtime as needed, OSHA certifications, and ability to work with architectural/shop drawings and shop drawings.
Required Qualifications
- High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- Five years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience
- One year minimum supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift (Training will be provided as needed)
- Pre-employment DRUG SCREENING, CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK and MVR screening
- Ability to travel 2-8 weeks
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Overtime availability
- Flexible to work non-conventional shifts
- Basic hand tools and cordless drill
