Lead Finish Carpenter - Commercial Millwork/Cabinets/Trim -Traveling Position

Lead Finish Carpenter overseeing installation of cabinets, casework, wall panels, millwork and standing and running trim in commercial and retail environments. Responsible for managing and motivating crews (3-8 people), interpreting layouts and shop drawings, coordinating with Project Management, and ensuring site safety. Requires interaction with clients, general contractors and sub-contractors, along with inventory management of millwork and fixtures, and ability to document work through time sheets and photos. Travel is required (2-8 weeks durations); must be able to work extended hours and potentially overnight projects. Certifications in OSHA 10 or 30, forklift, and aerial lift are required or trained as needed. Strong communication, carpentry skills, and familiarity with architectural/shop drawings are essential.
