Job Summary
Lead Finish Carpenter responsible for supervising crews of 3-8, installing cabinets, millwork, stands and running trim in commercial and retail environments, interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings and floorplans, coordinating with clients and general contractors, managing inventory of millwork and fixtures, submitting time sheets and daily reports, and ensuring site safety. Travel is required with durations of 2-8 weeks; overtime and non-conventional shifts may be needed. Tools are provided; certifications include OSHA 10 or 30, forklift, and aerial lift training. Required Qualifications
- Five years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience
- One year minimum supervisory experience
- Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift (Training will be provided as needed)
- Able to travel from home for durations of 2-8 weeks
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Provide your basic hand tools and cordless drill
