Job Summary
Lead Finish Carpenter responsible for overseeing and installing cabinets, casework, wall panels, millwork, and trim in commercial/retail environments; manages crews of 3-8, interprets layouts and drawings, ensures site safety, and coordinates with project management. Travel required (2-8 weeks), overtime possible, and candidates must provide basic tools and pass pre-employment screenings. Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift; CPR/First Aid training; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; involves interaction with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- Five years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience
- One year minimum supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Forklift

- CPR/First Aid Training
