Job Summary
Lead Finish Carpenter oversees and installs cabinets, casework, wall panels, column wraps, millwork and trim in commercial/retail settings, while managing and motivating crews (3-8 people), interpreting layouts and drawings, coordinating with Project Management, and ensuring site safety. The role requires five years of installation and finish carpentry experience with supervisory experience, OSHA certifications, travel for 2-8 weeks, and availability for overtime and non-conventional shifts. Tools provided by the employee include basic hand tools and a cordless drill; travel from home is required. Compensation includes top pay based on experience and a benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- Experience: Five years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience
- One year minimum supervisory experience
- Pre-employment DRUG SCREENING
- Criminal BACKGROUND CHECK and MVR screening
- Company Sponsored CPR/First Aid Training
- Available to work overtime
- Flexible to work non-conventional shifts
- Able to travel from home for durations of 2-8 weeks
- Provide your basic hand tools and cordless drill
- Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift (Training provided)
