Job Summary
Extract financial data from various accounting and information systems to perform appropriate analyses and determine methodology for preparing information for use by others. Analyze financial data to interpret past performance and project future results, developing complex models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. Manage staff to achieve performance standards by mentoring, training, and sharing knowledge while ensuring adherence to internal controls and customer service attitudes. Participate in monthly accounting processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, recommending changes to improve efficiencies. Support client reporting needs including client performance and compensation, working effectively with other departments to resolve business issues through independent judgment and creative problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 8 years experience, with degree
- Advanced computer skills
