Job Summary
Lead critical finance initiatives and partner across broader finance and accounting teams to drive and accelerate business priorities aligned with strategic and financial goals. Provide financial insights and develop a point of view on critical business decisions. Lead the daily function of the financial analyst team, facilitate annual and long-range financial planning processes, coordinate operating and capital budgets, maintain and report management systems, and produce accurate financial data. Demonstrate advanced understanding of accounting principles and standards, apply analytical skills to forecast and model financial impacts for new programs and projects, and communicate findings to management at all levels. Requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously within an interdependent role within a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business-related degree
- at least five years of related work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
