Lead Financial Analyst

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and analysis, explaining variances versus forecast and budget. Support long-term planning, short-term forecasting, and revisions during the year. Build driver-based expense and headcount forecasting models and executive-level presentations. Liaise with accounting and procurement teams to ensure accurate accruals and entries. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to convey the business's state of affairs with clarity. This expense and reporting focused FP&A role supports OneMain's financial planning and internal reporting processes. Candidates will partner closely with business leaders to proactively understand strategic context and operations. The position requires strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
