Job Summary
Lead Financial Analyst role focused on developing financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; conducting in-depth financial analysis with Operations to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and operations field management; collaborating across departments for data accuracy; supporting monthly close with variance analysis and accruals; driving process improvements and utilizing SAP for data extraction, analysis, and reporting; requires a strong accounting background, GAAP knowledge, and experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or MBA a plus
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong accounting background, GAAP knowledge
- Experience with month-end close and expense accruals
- Proficiency in SAP for financial reporting and data analysis
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Gmail, etc)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with SAP & SAC-P modules preferred
- Ability to lead a team of analysts
- Strong communication and analytical skills
