Job Summary
Lead Financial Analyst – FP&A for OpEx at Analog Devices. Drive forecasting, trend analysis, and narrative development for G&A OpEx; deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership; develop dashboards and reporting packages; lead ad-hoc analyses and process improvements to enhance forecasting, reporting, and planning. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5-7 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience, and strong skills in financial modeling (Excel, Anaplan). MBA or CFA preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; industry experience in semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing is a plus. Salary range disclosed with comprehensive benefits and 1st shift schedule; travel expected ~10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field
- MBA or CFA designation is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or FP&A
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
- Excel, Anaplan and financial analysis tools (technical skills)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present financial data to senior management, investors, and non-financial stakeholders
- Team player with ability to collaborate across functions (operations, supply chain, sales)
- Experience supporting Corporate FP&A, investor relations is a plus
- Background in semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting in high-tech/manufacturing environments
