Job Summary
Partner with FP&A leaders to build scalable, repeatable reporting packages centered on core financial and operational metrics. Design and maintain a comprehensive reporting playbook that standardizes processes, definitions, and outputs across the finance function. Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports to support executive decision-making while evaluating existing data practices for reliability and accessibility. Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems teams to leverage MS SQL, Azure, and data warehouse environments, analyzing large datasets to develop visual dashboards that surface real-time insights for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or data analytics roles
- Demonstrated experience building repeatable financial reporting packages and partnering with FP&A or finance leadership teams
- Expert Excel skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing and maintaining financial reporting playbooks or standardized reporting frameworks
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and advanced analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP, EPM, or data warehouse platforms in a finance context
- Proven ability to work independently to stand up new processes and reporting capabilities from the ground up
- Experience driving data practice improvements, including data governance, definitions, and quality standards
