Job Summary
Lead Finance Analyst within Finance Enablement’s Finance Data & Reporting Strategy team. Responsible for helping set and execute Finance’s data and reporting strategy, collaborating across teams to re-establish guiding principles for financial dimensions, shaping the Design Authority, and enabling use of Workday Prism and other Workday reporting tools. Supports data quality in the Finance Data Hub (FDH), contributes to cross-functional finance initiatives, and assists with forecasting and transition from existing reporting tools to a centralized FDH-based solution. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of analytical experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; emphasizes teamwork, communication, and independent initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Organized initiative-taker with ability to work independently and creatively
