Job Summary
Lead all day-to-day field operations on a $40 million, 18-month multifamily development in Caledonia, Wisconsin, driving the project from startup through turnover. Coordinate structural, civil, and MEP trades while managing subcontractor performance, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining schedule momentum. Drive project schedules, manage quality control and inspections, and resolve field issues through proactive planning and constructability solutions. Partner with project managers, design teams, and inspectors to keep work moving efficiently while supervising and developing field staff. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite culture. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years' experience in construction, including large-scale multi-family residential and/or commercial construction
- OSHA30 certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Familiarity with all facets of construction, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes and all mechanicals
- A high degree of construction field expertise
- Ability to supervise, teach and motivate staff
- Willingness to perform any task that is required
- Good safety habits
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, with other members of the construction department and with third-party contractors and tradesman, as well as with company owners and managers, and all other office team members
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical time deadlines
- Ability to problem solve
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification and multifamily construction experience preferred
