Lead Field Service Technician

Coordinate day-to-day workflow and assignments for field service technicians while acting as the senior daily resource for Distribution leadership. Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment or service concerns, reinforce safety and documentation standards, and escalate employee, patient, scheduling, or compliance issues to appropriate supervisors. Begin each shift by checking route coverage and open service needs, then monitor progress, adjust for last-minute changes, and ensure clear communication between technicians and leadership. Step in on urgent field needs, help untangle documentation or equipment questions, and confirm outstanding items are surfaced early to prepare the team for the next day.
