Lead Field Service Representative- Water Technologies

Conduct mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment including valves, pumps, and instrumentation while performing maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing for turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, and other parameters. Consult with customer management and operation teams to ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications, and operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance. Create and maintain site paperwork, manage spare parts inventory, and provide informal training to other field service representatives. Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and schematics. Own site metrics for covered locations and travel within the region as needed.
