Lead Field Service Representative- Water Technologies

Job Summary
Conduct mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment including valves, pumps, and instrumentation while performing maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing for water treatment systems. Consult with customer management teams to ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications, monitor chemical injection systems, and maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals. Create and maintain site paperwork, provide detailed technical summaries, and review plant installations against reference drawings. Train other field service representatives and own site metrics. Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance across various industries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent
- 5+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation
