Job Summary
Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring and optimizing water treatment equipment across customer sites within the Great Lakes region. Perform maintenance and calibration, conduct analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC), monitor chemical injection systems, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/controls issues, and generate detailed technical summaries for customers. Role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently with project teams; extensive travel (80–90%) within Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Must maintain safety standards, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with customer management and operation teams. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Travel-intensive, on-call readiness, and comfort with on-site environment and varied industrial settings are expected.
