Job Summary
Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment equipment across Great Lakes client sites; perform maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing (turbidity, pH, chlorine, TOC, CO2, O2, SDI) on diverse technologies (RO, IX, UF, media filtration, etc.), troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/controls issues, manage spare parts and chemicals, ensure contract compliance, and deliver detailed technical summaries to customers. Requires PLC programming knowledge, ability to work independently with project teams, strong communication, and willingness to travel 80–90% within Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa; High School Diploma/GED is required, with preferred Bachelor’s in a STEM field. Valid Driver's License and physical ability to perform duties (lifting, climb, confined spaces) are needed.
