Lead Field Service Representative

Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment equipment across customer sites. Travel 80-90% to the Great Lakes region (including Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa) with candidates living within the territory. Perform maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC); monitor chemical injection systems; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls on equipment such as valves, air compressors, pumps, and instrumentation. Maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries; consult with customer management and operations teams; ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications; emphasize EHS at all activities. PLC programming knowledge is a listed capability. Requires ability to lift and work in various environments; on-call status and travel are expected. Education: High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; 5+ years in field service/plant production/technical support preferred. This hourly role is overtime eligible with a salary range of $33-$40/hour (converted to annualized $68,640–$83,200).
