Lead Field Service Representative

Conduct mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment including valves, pumps, and instrumentation while performing maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing for turbidity, pH, and chlorine. Consult with customer management and operation teams to ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications, then create and maintain site paperwork with detailed technical summaries. Monitor chemical injection systems, manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, and provide informal training to other field service representatives. Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and schematics. Own site metrics for covered locations and travel within the region as needed.
