Job Summary
Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment equipment across customer sites in the Great Lakes region. Perform maintenance, calibration, and analytical testing (turbitidy, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC); manage chemical injection systems; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls; maintain site documentation and provide technical summaries; ensure contract compliance and coordinate with customer management. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities, with extensive travel (80–90%) within Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Must have a High School Diploma / GED, valid driver’s license, and be able to work independently with project teams; a Bachelor's degree (STEM) and 5+ years of related experience are preferred.
