Job Summary
Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment equipment across customer sites within the Great Lakes region. Travel 80-90% to support water treatment technologies (media filtration, softening, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, electro deionization, UF, wastewater) with emphasis on mechanical/electrical/chemical troubleshooting, calibration, analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC), inventory management, and documentation. Must perform EHS-focused safety practices, communicate effectively with customer management, ensure contract compliance, and provide technical summaries of work performed. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to work independently with project teams; preferred Bachelor’s in a STEM field and 5+ years in field service/technical roles; travel-amenable environment; physical duties and on-call readiness may apply.
