Job Summary
Lead Field Service Representative responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing water treatment systems at customer sites across the Great Lakes region. Traveling 80-90%, duties include maintenance and calibration, analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC), monitoring chemical injection systems, managing spare parts inventory, performing mechanical/electrical/controls troubleshooting on equipment (valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, instrumentation), creating detailed technical summaries, and consulting with customer management and operation teams. Ensures contract compliance of volume and quality specifications, adheres to EHS standards, and supports continuous improvement in water treatment technologies (media filtration, softening, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, electro deionization, UF, wastewater). Must be physically capable of lifting and working in industrial environments, with willingness to work in confined spaces and on-call times. Travel within the Great Lakes territory (MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA) with the role described as hourly, overtime-eligible.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
