Job Summary
Lead the Field Sales team to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets for acquiring new vendors in the designated areas. Drive and monitor the team’s sales activities to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities. Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and conduct reviews. Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Field Sales staff on sales strategies, product knowledge, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate leadership by setting an example and stepping in as needed to pitch, negotiate, and successfully close deals with a high level of expertise, professionalism, and service. Use Salesforce as the primary tool for sales management productivity and encourage team members to use it effectively for setting goals and objectives. Implement relevant internal and external processes and policies. Regularly provide market insights and conduct competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in field sales
- At least 2 years in a sales management role
- Experience in eCommerce, technology, or F&B advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge in Salesforce preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and presentation skills
