Job Summary
Lead the Deployment Quality team by managing post-install closeout reviews, rework workflows, and partner accountability. Build real-time dashboards to track defect trends, partner SLAs, and rework rates while maintaining line-of-sight into field execution through remote audits and root cause analysis. Partner with Deployment Engineers to translate field defects and process bottlenecks into standardized operating procedures and high-impact training materials. Fully own the delivery and rollout of training programs for both in-house crews and third-party contractors to drive down rework rates and speed up project closeouts. Continually refine SOPs, scorecards, and QA/QC inspection frameworks to systematically optimize the deployment engine at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of engineering experience (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Quality, Operations, or related field)
- Strong desire to take on ownership and leadership responsibilities
- Strong systems thinker who naturally analyzes workflows, identifies failure modes, and builds systematic controls to solve root causes
- Strong ability to leverage data analytics and dashboarding tools to analyze operational trends, track metrics, and drive decisions
- High agency, strong ownership traits, and the ability to mentor team members, influence cross-functional peers, and drive accountability with external vendors
- Ability to translate complex engineering or process requirements into simple, actionable training modules for field teams and third-party contractors
- Structured approach to root cause analysis (such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, or Lean concepts) to fix operational issues at the source
- Exceptional cross-functional communicator who can push for accountability while collaborating seamlessly with engineering and field operations teams
