Lead Field Engineer / Building Surveyor

Layout commercial building projects throughout the Raleigh, NC area using a Total-Station for building layout, with robotic models preferred. Manage line and grade tasks on commercial concrete construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $30M across multi-family, mixed-use, healthcare, datacenter, retail, manufacturing, and distribution markets. Maintain client-driven, detail-oriented standards while collaborating as a reliable team player. This role supports the growth of a leading commercial concrete contractor in the Southeast.
