Job Summary
As a Lead Fence Installer with Sunbelt Rentals, you will be responsible for delivering and installing temporary fence, supervising the crew, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Required skills include the ability to drive a one tonne truck, experience in setting up and taking down fences, and completing operational paperwork. You will need a clean drivers abstract, valid Class 5 License, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Comprehensive training and safety certifications will be provided, along with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Clean drivers abstract and Valid Class 5 License
- Ability to work weekends/longer hours when required
- Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) heavy fence panels
- Must have own transportation
- Experience operating tablets and smartphones
- Knowledge of general tools and equipment considered an asset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience driving a one tonne truck delivering materials to various job sites safely
- Knowledgeable of Sunbelt's key products/services
- Experience supervising the crew and acting as the lead hand once onsite
- Familiar with safely setting up and tearing down fence
- Experience completing operational paperwork
