Job Summary
Fence Installer & Driver responsible for delivering and installing temporary fence; lead the onsite crew, load trucks together, and ensure safe, efficient installation. Must have experience driving a one tonne truck, supervise crew as lead hand, complete operational paperwork (job reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists), and maintain safe, defenisve driving practices. Candidates should be familiar with Sunbelt's products/services, possess a Class 5 license with a clean abstract, and be able to work weekends/longer hours. The role requires physical ability to handle heavy fence panels and to operate tablets/smartphones for field tasks; background verification is required prior to employment. Required Qualifications
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving a one tonne truck
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Own transportation
- Forklift certification is provided but listed as asset
- Experience with site reports and inventory logs
- Ability to work weekends/longer hours
- Safety-conscious demeanor
- Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washer, painters, banding equipment) is an asset
