Lead Fashion Designer

Job Summary
Lead the creative direction for a new independent fashion label, establishing the brand identity and visual DNA. Design full collections from concept to production, source fabrics and materials, supervise sample creation and production (local and international), develop signature pieces and collection narratives, and collaborate with branding, marketing, and storytelling teams. You will craft moodboards, tech packs, lookbooks, and drive design language across drops, while maintaining creative ownership and leadership. Based in Islamabad with the ability to work across hybrid collaborations with international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in fashion design (ideally premium or luxury segment)
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, textiles, and production workflows
- Strong visual sensibility and creative leadership
- Proactive, independent, and self-managed – we’re looking for a driver, not just an executor
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Clo3D, or equivalent design tools
