Lead Fashion Designer

Job Summary
Lead the creative direction for a new independent fashion label. Define brand identity, design full collections from sketches to production-ready tech packs, source fabrics and colors, supervise sample creation and production (local and international), develop signature pieces and collection narratives, and collaborate with branding, marketing, and visual storytelling teams. Drive trend interpretation and create visual concept drafts for lookbooks, showrooms, and media assets. Requires a Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent, 5+ years in fashion design, strong garment and textile knowledge, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Clo3D. Based in Islamabad with in-person collaboration across international production and creative teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in fashion design (ideally premium or luxury segment)
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, textiles, and production workflows
- Strong visual sensibility and creative leadership
- Proactive, independent, and self-managed
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Clo3D, or equivalent design tools
