Job Summary
Lead Provider FNP in an urgent care clinic responsible for patient-centered care, health assessments, exams, diagnostic testing, injections/immunizations, wound management, patient education, and documentation. Act as a clinical leader mentoring new-grad providers and other clinic staff, with responsibilities including compliance, infection-control, and collaboration with the care team. Requires Master's degree and NP certification, DEA license, and BLS; prior emergency/urgent care experience preferred; proactive communicator with strong teamwork and leadership skills in a per diem, senior-clinical role.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing (NP) and certification by NP certifying body
- DEA license with no restrictions
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care setting preferred
