Job Summary
Lead the Family Medicine inpatient team with clinical oversight of inpatients; collaborate with the Program Director to ensure inpatient training meets ACGME requirements; serve as liaison to the hospitalist division; work with residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to optimize processes and drive quality improvements; foster excellence in clinical care and education; provide mentorship to residents and medical students; contribute to academic activities through an appointment with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine; position offers competitive compensation, benefits, liability coverage, and a path to academic leadership.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with a non-restricted Ohio medical license
- Board-certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency
- POCUS skills
- Inpatient and outpatient care
- Teaching residents and medical students
- Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements
