Lead Factoring Analyst

Job Summary
Lead factoring limit analysis and control activities for the supported portfolio, preparing, validating, and maintaining customer-level limit files aligned with approved credit data. Review limits by company code, customer, and currency to identify inconsistencies, reconcile files to CAT and SAP PRL inputs, and ensure accurate aggregation across multiple portfolios. Support credit assessment processes by identifying control gaps, raising material risks to Credit Service Managers, and maintaining audit trails for all limit updates. Deliver timely reporting on credit exposure and working capital, coordinate BAU priorities, and provide hands-on guidance to analysts. Act as a subject matter expert for factoring queries across Credit, Commercial, and Sales stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Significant experience in credit management, credit analysis, factoring, trade finance, Order to Cash or a closely related finance operations area
- Strong understanding of customer credit risk, credit limits, exposure management and working capital implications
- Sophisticated Excel skills, including confident handling of large data sets, reconciliations, control checks and tight deadlines
- High Proficiency of Excel
- Ability to interpret sophisticated data, identify inconsistencies and convert findings into clear actions and stakeholder messages
- Proven track record to lead workstreams, coordinate priorities and provide technical guidance without requiring close supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
- High level of accuracy, ownership, risk awareness and ability to meet deadlines in a sophisticated international environment
- Experience in Downstream, Lubes, or B2B customer environments
- Exposure to trade finance or long‐term commercial investment structures
