Lead Facility Service Team Member

The Lead Facility Service Team Member role focuses on maintaining the safe condition and cleanliness of the travel center, and performing routine and basic maintenance repairs. Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, maintaining cleanliness of fuel islands and related equipment, filling propane tanks, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning glass throughout the travel center, performing low level repairs (equipment, dispensers, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting), determining whether to handle minor repairs in-house or call a service vendor, modeling behaviors aligned with the company’s purpose, ensuring compliance with rules and procedures, and completing other duties as assigned. Pay rate starts between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour with benefits listed (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedule, weekly pay).
