Lead Facility Maintenance Tech

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems while performing preventive and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment. Install, test, and commission chillers, boilers, air handling units, rooftop units, and variable air volume systems. Read blueprints, schematics, and control sequences to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues, working with Building Automation Systems and energy management tools. Perform refrigerant recovery and charging in compliance with EPA regulations, coordinate major repairs with vendors, and ensure all work meets OSHA and local code standards. Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection reports accurately, participating in emergency response and after-hours support as required. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and system upgrades.
