Job Summary
Lead the international Facilities & Maintenance integration program across HelloFresh’s European network, driving standardization, engineering best practices, and operational excellence. Own the international F&M improvement roadmap, delivering complex CapEx projects, site expansions, automation initiatives, and sustainability programs while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Automation, and Health & Safety teams. Act as SME for F&M projects, providing governance and change management support, with a data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. Travel up to 50% and operate in a highly visible, autonomous role reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities & Maintenance - International.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
