Job Summary
Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services while keeping up in a high-volume, fast-paced shop. Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer and work alongside experienced technicians and mentors. Proficiency is required in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment, along with experience performing tire services, alignments, and other light repairs. Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, and drug screening are mandatory. Dealership experience or prior automotive service technician background is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Dealership experience or prior automotive service technician background
- Proven mechanic experience with automotive repair, diagnostics, and general maintenance skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment
- Experience performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other light repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening
