Job Summary
Lead Experience Guide (Lead Front Desk Associate) provides leadership and mentorship to the Experience Guide team, acting management in absence, and drives guest service, sales, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include serving as an ambassador for The NOW brand, addressing guest concerns, ensuring attendance and accountability for transactional corrections, training new Experience Guides, scheduling and shift coverage, liaising between guides and leadership, participating in staff trainings and meetings, and coaching team members to meet targets and grow within their roles. The role requires delivering exceptional guest service, fostering a positive high-energy environment, resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and developing efficient work schedules to balance operational needs with team well-being. Qualifications include sales and service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a supervisory/leadership orientation. The NOW Massage is expanding across the United States and emphasizes kindness, care for others, authenticity, and a commitment to guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and service-related experience
- Key-holder and/or lead/supervisory experience preferred
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
- Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW
- Possesses problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be a team player
